This beautifully maintained three bedroom bungalow sleeps six, stands on a unique 0.75 acre site which has direct frontage onto the scenic beach at Tullagh Strand, just outside the popular village of Clonmany. The house is set in beautifully manicured gardens which lead onto a large raised private decking area with uninterrupted views and access to Tullagh beach. We have a beach view bar area and a beach hut with a small dining and kitchen area. We also have a play park and football pitch.

Dunree Fort, Mamore Gap and various stunning beaches are all within a ten minute drive from the property. There are plenty of routes for scenic walks and hikes on the doorstep. If the weather is not favourable, there is a stock of wood and turf that can be used in the beautiful wood burning stove.

There is an unbroken view of the estuary, the village, the mountains. You will watch the tide come and go and 4 seasons pass through every day!! If you are up early you will see the best sunrises ever. Please note that during July and August bookings are for a minimum of one week and check in/out cannot be on a Saturday.

The Sandpiper Wing is situated by the sea

On the waters edge of Lough Swilly an addition to the main house. It consists of One Bedroom with Fourposter Bed. An extra bedroom with bunk beds can be also taken to accommodate extra guests. The Sandpiper can be rented on short term and winter lets. All windows have views of the sea and steps from the house walking down to the sea for swims or a walk along the shore.
