Our property provides an open floor plan, kitchen, washer & dryer. Embrace the great outdoors with a variety of activities to enjoy; bird watching, fishing, roasting marshmallows by the fire or snowmobiling in the winter. Cozy cabin Lake view Walk to beach & restaurants

Make some memories at this comfortable and family-friendly cottage. Across from AAA awarded Starbuck Beach, you’re also walking distance to restaurants, parks, and more! This cozy cottage has one private bedroom, one bath and shared sleeping in the living area. Enjoy the sunrise from the large front deck, spend the day at the beach, followed by dinner on the patio of one the great restaurants around the lake. And finally watch the sun set from the private backyard while sitting by a fire.

The Maynard Cabin, a Civil War era log cabin

The Maynard Log Cabin was erected by a homesteader after the civil war. We have moved and restored it and made it available for rent. It is off the grid, but it has a complete functioning kitchen, wood stove and sitting room downstairs. There are two antique beds with new mattresses upstairs. There is no electricity but the cabin is furnished with kerosene lanterns. The bathroom facilities consist of wash basins and outhouse. The cabin is surrounded by 40 acres of woods and meadows.

It is steps away from a privately owned beach for you to sit back, enjoy the sunrise/sunset with a firepit. 5 minute walk away from the well-known Barsness park. Also, 5 minute walk away from Lake Minnewaska public boat landing and public beach. Or enjoy a nice walk to go downtown Glenwood to enjoy all the city has to offer!! The open concept boasts beautiful lakefront views from the kitchen and living areas. Enjoy the comfort of the fireplace, dinner on the lakefront deck, a ride in the paddle boat or stoke up a bonfire as you listen to the waves on the shore and fish off the dock. Public boat ramp is directly next door for easy access to the lake.

You and your guests will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located apartment. Located in an upstairs unit in historic downtown Fergus Falls, this location is walking distance from multiple retail stores, eating & drinking establishments and the brand new community pavilion located in Spies Riverfront Park where not only multiple community events are held but also our local Farmer's Market is hosted during the warm seasons.
