I hope you enjoy staying at my place as much as I enjoy hosting. This cozy cottage was my first home, in which I recently updated. It is equipped with a full kitchen, single bathroom, washer and dryer, flat screen TV equipped with 100 mbps and Amazon Firestick and cable TV with 70 plus channels. Enjoy a pvt. bathroom, streaming YouTube TV, wet bar w/ microwave. There is a queen sized sofa bed for up to 2 extra guests. We have a Short-Term Rental License # STR-18-00036 issued by the City of Lawrence.

Our condo is located very close to KU and city bus. There is an on-site swimming pool and one assigned covered parking stall. This is a ground floor unit with a small set of stairs to access the front door. There is a public golf course right next to the complex. A washer and dryer in the unit, along with some personal hygiene products.
