We are a couple of miles from I- 70/Lecompton interchange. 3 BR /1.5 bath, full kitchen, laundry facilities, onsite parking. Private country views and livestock on property. Only 6 guests per night.

Enjoy ping pong or foosball in the attached garage. Take a nap in the comfy beds or relax on the soft sectional to watch TV. We are located 7 minutes from Walmart, Sprouts, or Dillons and 11 minutes from KU. Many restaurants are located nearby. You can eat at the picnic table in the fenced in back yard, or enjoy a burger made on the electric grill. On chilly evenings you can turn on the gas fireplace to stay extra warm. Four cars can fit in the driveway and there is space on the street too.

For living room comfort,we provide a massage chair, power recliner sofa, Xbox Game system, and TV with premium channels on Roku! Kitchen is very open and fully stocked. 10 minutes from KU & downtown 5 minutes to i-70.

I hope you enjoy staying at my place as much as I enjoy hosting. This cozy cottage was my first home, in which I recently updated. It is equipped with a full kitchen, single bathroom, washer and dryer, flat screen TV equipped with 100 mbps and Amazon Firestick and cable TV with 70 plus channels. One garage stall is available for guests.

This beautiful country setting is located on a paved road next to a producing vineyard and winery. The views of the countryside and pond are memorable. Enjoy a stroll through the vineyard and watch the grapes grow! If you book during harvest, you are welcome to help pick grapes watch them become wine!
