We live in a brand new housing development. The house was built in August of 2020. The area is super safe. There are lots of places to walk and ride around. There is a park and a basketball court right across the street from our house. We are about 30 minutes from beautiful Lake Tahoe and the biggest little city in the world (Reno). We are within walking distance from Walmart, Trader Joes, In&out, Dollar store, Famous Footware, and many more. I grew up here. I know all the best spots.

Look up Ridge Tahoe. Stateline Nv. This is the best weeks of the year to be in Lake Tahoe. Take the Gondola to the Stagecoach Lodge of Heavenly which will open this year November 15 for skiing. The main lodge has and indoor out door pool and a gym to die for. Ski rentals available as well as a couple of great restaurants. Take the free shuttle to the casinos. Merry Christmas. This is the most prestigious 'Neagal Building" on the property.
