Tired of taking out the trash, and stripping the bed at most Airbnbs? Our quiet and cozy suite is centrally located in the historic Springfield district, next to downtown Jacksonville. This unit is furnished with a queen bed, a queen pull-out sofa bed, and an amazing La-Z-Boy recliner perfect for naps. The bathroom is updated, with excellent water pressure. And, the front porch is exclusive for our guests. There is a stocked Keurig, as well as a refrigerator and microwave, but no kitchen.

You will have access to an outdoor dining space and fenced in backyard. Dogs live on premises but will not interfere, although you may hear barking. Sofa bed available if needed, please inquire.

The building is a Historic Greek Revival Home renovated in 2019. The Llama Lounge is a separate apartment connected to the main house. There is kitchenette comes with a sink, dishwasher and microwave. Be sure to read the house rules and neighborhood description so that there are no surprises after your reservation is confirmed.
