This space is located a few blocks away from freeway access, allowing you to quickly explore all that SLO has to offer.

Walking distance to downtown and also to Cal Poly, this studio is located behind the primary residence, with French doors that open onto a large tile patio. The 400 sq. ft. space is perfect for 2 people but can accommodate up to 4. The first bed is situated in a semi-private corner of the studio, while the second bed rolls out into the sitting room. The kitchen is equipped for simple meal prep with a microwave/convection oven and portable induction cooktop.
