The casita is the upper level of a duplex. Private front entrance of home. Plenty of street parking available. Keyless entry, ensure an easy check in process. Bedroom has blackout curtains. Bed is a comfy queen size. Kitchen is fully equipped for your cooking needs, spices, coffee and tea selections.

Renovated in 2021, this spacious second-floor studio apartment is located in a Victorian mansion a block from the Minneapolis Art Institute of Arts , 6 blocks to the Convention Center, close to "Eat Street" restaurants, uptown, downtown and chain of urban lakes. Perfect for the business traveler or couple on a weekend getaway. Off-street parking and wifi are included. We follow AirBnb's COVID-19 cleaning guidelines--disinfect and deep clean top to bottom. Linens and towels washed at high temps.

The Sibley Loft is a charming one bed one bath apartment on the second floor of our family home. The structure was built in 1921 and retains some of the original features. The space includes a living room, bathroom with a clawfoot tub, a small office area, kitchen and a patio. Guests have their own private entrance and street parking. We are located in the Standish neighborhood which is close to many restaurants, shopping and more. The airport is a 20 minute drive and MN center is 15 minutes.

Private, spacious, well-lit basement in Phillips/near Seward. Enjoy the city from a central location! Laidback & cannabis friendly - ask us for recommendations! Ample free street parking. Stairs required; staircases not ideal for folks with mobility issues and are not handicap accessible. Kitchenette with fridge/freezer, basic cookware, microwave, toaster, Kuerig, & hot plate (no oven). Only shared space is the fenced yard with fire pit! Pets welcome; $30 pet fee and dogs must be under 50 lbs.
