If you do not want to drive, you can get around very easily on the Tuk-Tuk or hire a bicycle to enjoy a leisurely drive around the village and valley. You can enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner at Cafe Bon Bon who are our neighbours. Access is through a private gate a short walk through our vineyards. Sandstone house is located in the quiet corner of Franschhoek with very little traffic noise as there is no through traffic. The guest suite is in Sandstone House. Situated within walking distance of the village and offering a comfy bed, living area and courtyard, The Stables is the perfect place to explore Franschhoek. We offer a fridge, microwave, kettle, indoor and courtyard table and chairs. This space is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. As we have lived in Franschhoek for over 40 years, we are trustworthy hosts and know the area well. Great news is we have an inverter for lights and wifi to assist during load shedding.

Our free standing stylishly renovated cottage is situated at the back of the property and has it’s own private garden courtyard. Fully equipped modern kitchen, living room, bedroom with skylight, Q-XL bed & en-suite bathroom. The cottage has AC, Wifi, smart TV (Netflix, Prime vid), an alarm and 24 hr patrol vehicle in this beautifull, quiet street of the neighbourhood. We are a young, lively family of 4 and some related sounds might be heard. Easy access to mountain for runs, walks, mtb.

The Little oak garden cottage was newly renovated and started September 2018. It's a seperate private cottage with its own entrance, save parking and a closed small courtyard where you can relax and have a braai. The cottage has a beautiful modern open plan kitchen and lounge that is fully equipped. Wifi, Netflix and showmax are available for the guests. The bedroom has clean crisp white bedding with a queen size bed. The bathroom has a shower. There is a aircon for those hot Paarl summers.
