Port Moluag House, Isle of Lismore

Our house sits at the bottom of a secret track in a private, historical cove on the beautiful Hebridean island of Lismore. Secluded, quiet and peaceful, Port Moluag is within easy reach of the Scottish mainland whilst feeling totally removed from the pace and noise of city life. The house is newly-built using eco technologies to limit its environmental impact and is surrounded by wonderful wildlife such as seals, otters, and a multitude of birds as well as many sites of historical interest.

Secluded & private detached cottage/garden/art shed surrounded by countryside situated on walking route The Loch Lomond & Cowal Way. It is a mile from Loch Fyne & seconds from the walkers entrance to Loch Lomond & Trossachs National Park/Argyll Forest & on the edge of "Argyll's Secret Coast" & the Kyles of Bute National Scenic Area. It is a space suited for walkers, nature/outdoor lovers, cyclists, writers/painters or a retreat. It has a wood burner, solar panels & 100% renewable power.

Wee Coo Byre

Converted former byre in bucolic surroundings. Located just outside the village of Strachur, it is an ideal stop for anyone walking the Cowal Way and is close to the unexplored mountains of Cowal and the beautiful Loch Eck and Loch Fyne. The little cottage shares a garden with the main house (where I live most of the time) and is set amongst mature trees, rippling burns and abundant wildlife including chirruping birds, red squirrels and pine martens. A lovely place to unwind and relax.

You will be mesmerised by the shimmer of blue water through the windows. It’s also a short drive from the famous Inver Cottage Restaurant.
