Private garden space & alfresco dining area for own use. May not be suitable for very overweight, tall or elderly people due to height restrictions and narrow stairs. This self catering cottage is situated in the beautiful Derbyshire village of Barlow near the Peak District National Park. The cottage is close to the village with 2 pubs and set in 50 acres of woodland teeming with birds and wildlife. Kitchen/Lounge/Diner: With electric hob &oven, microwave, fridge with ice box, TV, bedroom with super king size bed(twin beds are available on request) and fold away table and 2 chairs. Located on Green Lane, traffic is busy at peak times of the day, however this private studio is perfect for access to the Peak District. There is a kitchen, a spacious bathroom, pull-down double bed (only a small 4 ft double). The flat is best suited for a single person but if you are in a couple and the bed is ok, then this will suit you. The Peak district is just a short car ride away. Restaurants, supermarkets; train station and buses will take you to Sheffield or chesterfield.

Room has free Wifi, tea/coffee making facilities, television, microwave, fridge, clothes rail and 2 chest of drawers. Towels and bedding provided.

Great location with the Peak District a short drive away and a number of pubs, cafes and shops nearby. We are situated between 3 main golf courses in the area (Beauchief, Dore & Totley, Abbeydale) with a driving range at the top of the road. Pets welcome on discussion prior to booking.

Bluebell Cottage - Cordwell Farm

Converted in 2012, Cordwell Cottages are set on a working farm on the edge of the Peak District. Cordwell Farm is in the hamlet of Cordwell, only a five minute walk from the friendly local pub and is well located for visiting the Peak District. The cottages have been converted from the old cowshed to an excellent standard, providing luxury accommodation while retaining the original features of the building.
