This house is right at the waters edge. 63 sq meter. Very calm, perfect for a romantic weekend. Light a open fire, take at bath in the hot tub beside the house, listen to the waves and drink a glass wine. Sun-set dining. Dive in the Baltic Sea from the jetty after the hot tub. Watch the ferries and yachts pass by. Close to slalompist in Stockholm. 20 minutes to Stockholm city with car, or take a bus or a ferry. Or take a tour in the archipelago. 1 double kayak and 2 single kayaks are included.

High ceiling for lots of light and luxury feeling. Dining room with dinner table and outside two patios with chairs and table. Perfect for sun all day. Kitchen is fully equipped with all necessities such as microwave etc. Stereo, Tv and Wifi is available. Bathroom with washing machine and shower.

New modern kitchen from Ballingslöv with everything you need to cook for one or more people. The apartment has an open floor plan.

Två våningsplan badrum/wc i båda planen. Öppen planlösning i nedre planen. Jag hyr ut mitt hus medans den väntar försäljning. Det finns allt i köket ( för ca 6 personer) att kunna laga mat och äta. Totalt 4 sängar för vuxna.
