Historic Stone Studio in the Center of Split

Studio has large kitchen with dishwasher, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster, microwave, oven and large fridge with deep freeze. The bathroom is equipped with a washing machine and hair dryer. Guests also have large Smart TV, free WiFi, digital receiver and Netflix. You can relax on a small terrace in front of the studio. Guests use the keypad on the side door to enter the studio. Prior to arrival, we will send you the code to open the door. Studio is located 500 m from UNESCO - protected Diocletian's Palace, St. Duje Cathedral, Peristil and sandy beach Bacvice. You can enjoy a simple stroll through the famous promenade Riva Split or visit Marjan Forest Park which offers pleasant walks under the pines by the sea. If you are more adventurous, ideal one day trip can be Omis, the river Cetina which offers many activities such as rafting, horseback riding and canoeing. Bus station and ferry are 5 minutes away on foot . Studio is 200 m away from restaurants, supermarkets and famous market Pazar with home-made products. In case you want to run from city noise you can make one day trip or excursion to islands of Brac, Hvar, Vis by ferry or speed boat which can be organized by the host. Everything you might need is few minutes walk from the apartment; supermarket, restaurants, ferry, bus station... We are happy to help arrange the cheapest transfer from or to the airport. This house is 10 meters from the beach. Few steps away is a deck. Deck you see on the pictures is on the beach from mid May until mid October..The car is parked 40 meters away, there is no traffic in front and if you wanted to find a house for a real vacation - this is it! It has two floors. Ground floor with a big terrace and upper floor with a kitchen, 2 bedrooms, a living room and a second bathroom. One bathroom is on the ground floor. It is perfect for 4 people but we can fit 5.

A charming little house by the sea. 5' to center.

The apartment is located in surrounding center of Hvar city. It is situated in a small house structure with only one apartment surrounded by beautiful garden and it is fully furnished. You have the whole house for you. It has one bedroom with double bed and living room with a sofa. Sofa is not for sleeping. Kitchen is fully equipped without oven . Bathroom has a shower. Parking is not available.
