Behind the villa is a huge park/forest Marjan, which offers beaches, trails, many possibilities to feel the Mediterranean like it once was.

Nerium Penthouse

Between the beautiful Renaissance and Baroque palaces in the heart of Trogir, lies our apartment. It's infused with modern touches while remaining true to it's heritage, and centuries old features. It is situated on the second floor of the old townhouse. The main gate and courtyard are the entrance to the old townhouse complex, with the old stone staircase leading to the first floor and the entrance of the Penthouse. Another flight of steep narrow stairs leads to the second floor, and attic.

Palace wall residences (see webpage on google) is located 100m from Diocletian's Palace and a few steps from People's Square - Pjaca. King studio in the old center of Split on Pjaca square offers a private and air-conditioned accommodation with a private bathroom. There is a possibility to use the sofa bed which is in the same room. Free WiFi is available. The whole apartment features 3 studios of which you will book 1 of them. There is a separate living room which can be used by the guests.

Cozy studio with a stunning sea view with shared terrace. Located by the beach, just 2 km from Trogir, this small but fully equipped studio is a great base for your vacation in central Dalmatia. A beautiful pebble beach is right across the street — just a few steps away. The terrace is shared between two studios, with a designated area in front of each for private use. Please note that during peak season, street parking can be difficult to find, even further from the house.

Apartman se nalazi na trećem katu kuće koja se nalazi u neposrednoj blizini centra grada (5 minuta ugodne šetnje uz more) te sa balkona ima otvoreni pogled na more i otoke budući se kuća nalazi u prvom redu uz more.
