Check Custom epoxy dining table. Check Samsung The Frame TV. Check Light strip on the wall that would make Luke Skywalker jealous. Check And the chefs kiss? A massive hot tub that we probably splurged a hair heavy on. But what we call an investment, you will call the best part of your trip.

Welcome to Rosie's Loft, a two-bedroom second floor apartment in downtown Historic Marshall. Our charming loft has three floor-to-ceiling windows, exposed brick walls, decorative tile in the full bath, and hints of the original ceilings throughout. It has a private beach and 66' of shoreline. Plus an elevated front deck; side patio; bonfire pit and gas BBQ grill. Swan Cottage has 2 large bedrooms (plus twin daybed in semi-private nook); 1 bathroom; and driveway parking. It is dog friendly, however, the yard is not fenced.

The Cabin has a total of 420 sq ft living space with 280 sq ft on the ground floor and a 140 sq ft bedroom loft.
