The Conductor's Cottage, escape to Waterval Onder

The Conductors' Cottage is a converted railway house that offers beautifully furnished accommodation for up to six guests. Set in the grounds of the main farmhouse, there are three cottages in total. The Conductor's Cottage has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen, lounge & outside deck area to enjoy. There are views of the hills of Mpumalanga Province as you sit on the verandah. We are a working farm with resident sheep, geese & pigs. We also have four boxer dogs that are part of the family

Two hours from Johannesburg, and one and a half hours from Pretoria, High in the Mpumalanga Mountains. Hackle is quietly situated on a mountain estate that is home to many wild birds and animals. It boasts 4 trout fishing dams. There's a SPA at the hotel. Putt Putt, swimming pool, tennis court, and many more fun things to do. We have about 12 Kms of farm roads before you enter through the big Kloppenheim Hotel estate, which is where we are situated. We have an inverter for load shedding.

Critchley Hackle Lodge is located in a quiet and scenic corner of Dullstroom, Mpumalanga and is conveniently close to all the interesting shops, and restaurants. Managers Cottage is situated, next to the main entrance gate. It consists of 2 bedrooms, and a wooden loft with 4 single beds, One bathroom with large shower, bath, basin and toilet. The unit has 2 gas fireplaces, Wi-Fi, and a smart Tv Box The Cottage also has an inverter system for your convenience during untimely power outages.

There is full cellphone reception at the house. a High rise vehicle is recommended and a 4x4 when wet.
