No matter the season, you'll enjoy my early 20th century home in Duluth, five minutes from both the University of Minnesota-Duluth Campus and The College of St. Scholastica. In summer you'll enjoy the private patio surrounded by gardens. On cool fall nights you'll want to gather by the fire-pit. We are located 5 miles off lake Superior near some of the best outdoor activities MN has to offer: Gooseberry Falls (13min), Split Rock (20min) and Stewart river (3mi) for trout fishing.
