106 Stirling Terrace is in the heart of one of WA’s historical towns. This house was built in the late 1950’s by a man, who the current owners called, ‘Grandad Largie’ (My Great Grandad). Today, the house has had a few touch ups. A fresh coat of paint, reborn of the floorboards and a new kitchen. Perfect for a getaway with the family, friends or someone special. Umatah is part of the original State Brick Works that was closed down in the 1940’s after their excavations hit an underground spring. The property runs on organic principles and has a mango orchard, apiary, vegetable wicking beds plus various other fruit and nut trees. There is a large waterhole, landscaped gardens and endless native bushland.
