Relaxing Country Getaway- come hike or just R&R

This is an eclectic space that was a former art studio. The artist who lives just next door, keeps a private working studio in the loft. Although it is inaccessible to our guests, you will see her art on the walls and her creative side in the large lady shown in the pictures. Firepit and wood available. 5 hiking trails on 300 acres! Nov7-Dec 7th we will have hunters and trails may not be available Important: please read the house rules before booking with pets. We do also have a pet fee.

1 BR/1 BA apartment available for weekly rental. Conveniently located on the north end of Zanesville of Maple Avenue. It is within walking distance to Genesis Hospital and several restaurants/shopping areas. Wifi and cable included. There are 2 flat screen TV's for your comfort. Laundry room is on-site and there is a full kitchen. Whether you are relocating, are on a short-term job assignment, are in between homes, or are just simply enjoying the city, this is a great low-stress rental!

Or spend the day relaxing in the hammock in the sunroom. Play some Cornhole with our set in the sunroom. Have fire in the riverside fire pit and cook some hotdogs for the kids.

Come get connected with nature and relax. My place is close to Blackhand Gorge Nature Preserve, Dillon State Park, Flint Ridge State Memorial, Virtues Golf Club (formerly Longaberger) and wineries. We are 25 minutes from Newark (west) and Zanesville (east). Surrounded by woods and farm animals. Comfy queen bed, kitchenette, grill, patio table, picnic table, fire pit.
