We try to offer the truest Canadian experience! 1. Remote: a 22km long lake, 97.5% of it is pure wilderness. 2. Unique: We are the only rental accommodation on the lake. 3. We do live in bear country. 4. Fishing is fantastic! 5. It snows +/- 30 feet of snow in the winter. The only regret you might have... Not booking enough days!

Forget your worries in this serene retreat a 1/2 hour from 4 hot springs. A 5 min walk to a spectacular sandy beach across from Saddle Mtn & a 7 min drive to Nakusp. Our 1100 sq. ft suite includes 2 extra comfortable queen beds, a luxurious kitchen & laundry. Covered deck with eating & lounging areas by a calming pond. A private hammock sanctuary overlooking Baerg Creek. Hike Saddle Mnt. Stroll the waterfront walkway. Mtn bike Mt. Abriel. Nakusp, Halcyon, Halfway and St. Leon Hot Springs.

Located just off the Main street in Nakusp, near restaurants and stores, the lake and beautiful boardwalk. A small and cozy suite, this air conditioned unit has a kitchenette serviced with a fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee pot and dishes . Washer/dryer in suite. Private bathroom. Queen sized bed. Plenty of parking. We have a no pets and no smoking policy. Hot springs, mountain biking, hiking, cross country skiing and snow shoeing in winter, kayaking, boating and swimming in the summer.

Ever dream about a cabin in the middle of the forest? Or sleeping with the sound of a babbling brook? Our Cabin in the Woods is nestled in the temperate rainforest and sits next to our man-made pond with a small waterfall. We're located in the wonderful "funincorporated" community of Hills at the north point of Slocan Lake. The cabin is tucked away behind our house in a very private, peaceful setting. It's the perfect place for a single adventurer, or a couple looking for a romantic retreat.

Kim’s Downtown Nakusp 2 Bedroom Suite

Self-contained 2 bedrooms (master with queen bed, 2nd with queen & single), 1.5 bathrooms. Kitchenette suitable for simple breakfast and/or heating food (fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle/coffee maker, basic dishes, washing basin, No cooking appliances or sink). Own entrance and shared deck & garden area, gazebo with chairs and dining area . Summer bbq & camp-style outdoor kitchen with a sink and a few cooking/food prep basics. Conveniently located 3 blocks from Broadway and the waterfront.

Rustic Cabin on the Cliff

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway, right on the lake and nestled in the mountains. Located in a very quiet neighbourhood with a secluded beach within very short walking distance. It’s an 8 minute drive to the beautiful village of Kaslo and a 10 minute drive to Ainsworth Hot Springs. It's a 30 minute walk to the stunning ‘Fletcher Falls’; an amazing waterfall and quiet beach. There is also year round use of a hot tub which overlooks the stunning view of the lake and mountains.

The Cottage is central but still a quiet delight!

Newly built sweet cottage in the beautiful little village of Kaslo B.C. One street over from the downtown area. We have shops and eats and pubs and a Saturday market. A minutes walk and your at the Kootenai lake surrounded by our beautiful mountains. The Cottage has everything you need to cook ( or not) relax ... yes! and just lay back. Clean cozy and comfortable. Then of course winter brings us some really great cross country skiing. If you love down hill we have White Water Ski Hill .

Box Mountain Paradise

Just 7 minutes from Nakusp, escape to a secluded old growth cedar-hemlock forested property, 15 acres on Box mountain. High above Arrow Lake, it has 360 mountain views, a pond and 4 creeks flowing through, a fruit orchard and hiking/biking trails throughout the fairytale forest setting. In winter the trails are perfect for snowshoeing, cross country skiing and even some terrain park features Many lakes and hotsprings near, one is never short of activities only a beautiful drive away.
