This place is brand new (completed July 2017) and recently listed Category 1 heritage building (nationally important) right in Dunedin's warehouse precinct. It is only a short walk to the Octagon. They are warm, well insulated and have everything you need for both a short or longer stay. The kitchen has an ash wood bench, induction hob and a pyrolytic oven. The decor is all natural with woolen carpets, duvet, quality cotton sheets and pillows. Also within the apartment is a small laundry.

Restaurants and cafes are all within a short walking distance, only a 5 min walk to the main street of Dunedin - leave your car in the onsite car park. You’ll love my place because of the central location, art deco architecture with a modern renovation including new kitchen, bathroom, double glazing, heat pumps, tv and wifi. There is an adjacent studio very similar in set-up but with just one queen bed. Off-street car parking is available right outside, but it is unsuitable for oversized vehicles.
