Our Waverley studio is light, sunny and modern with the most stunning harbour views. Wake up to the beautiful sunrise over the Otago peninsula. This unit gets all day sun, with fantastic views right down to the sea heads and back to the city. There is private access to the studio which is situated under our family home. It only has external access to the studio room. It is self contained with a fridge, jug, toaster, microwave, bathroom, wardrobe and a living space. It has a deluxe queen bed.

Quiet country surroundings with so much natural beauty. Scandinavian-style modern interior the barn has two levels combining elements of comfort and light. The Birch ply interior, wool carpet and heat pump create a warm and cosy vibe. The Barn is set in a rural landscape overlooking a lovely large pond inhabited by local birdlife. Approx 10-15 mins drive from Dunedin city centre and 3 mins to historic Port Chalmers and some of the best beaches and coastal scenery Otago has to offer all nearby.

Nestled in a quiet location with stunning city and harbour views. Easy access to CBD, Hospital, the University, St Clair and St Kilda beaches and the beautiful Otago Peninsula. Just 5 mins away are bus stops, bakery, selection of takeaways, chemist, and other shops. Supermarket, petrol station, cafes and restaurants are within a kilometre. Come and relax in a beautiful rural setting only 12 minutes from Dunedin Central. We only allow 1 booking at a time so if you book for a couple or a family of 10 you get the whole BnB to yourself. There is lots to do nearby such as the Country Market or the Orokunui Sanctuary. If you want to take a short drive there are amazing beaches with penguins, seals, sea lions, albatrosses and much more. Use us as a base and explore the museums, galleries and other wonderful heritage sights of Dunedin.

Catch the Aurora Australis from the beach or watch the sunrise over the ocean from your private deck. Warm, one-bedroom cottage, surrounded by wildflowers, has 3 beds and a cot. My place is located on a lifestyle block near the start of the Otago Peninsula. It overlooks the countryside and sea, but is only 10 minutes drive from the city centre. It is suitable for singles or couples. The suite is separate from the main house and is at the end of an English-style barn. It has it's own bathroom and patio. Please note - no kitchen but there is a mini-fridge, microwave, toaster & electric jug.
