Master bedroom has queen bed & ensuite, 2/3 bedroom have queen and share the main bathroom. A seperate lounge study upstairs provides a second living space.

It is convenient to Halls Gap village restaurants and bars as well as close to many of the hiking trails. The house is showing its age a little (built in late 1970s), but it is cosy and homely.
