Our place is a genuine home in authentic local neighborhood. Heukseok has old alleys and long-running restaurants alongside newer shops and cafés loved by local university students. At the same time, it is well connected to the main tourist areas: 20-30 minutes door-to-door by public transport (Hongdae, Myeongdong, Gyeongbokgung, Gangnam, COEX). We lived in this flat for a few years and made sure to keep some of our personality and history there to make it feel like a real home for our guests.

YCSTAY1 is a 33 square meter space and is equipped with a separate toilet, separate shower room, microwave, refrigerator, and coffee pot, making it convenient to live. The host is resident most of the time and tries to respond quickly. Yeokchon Station on Line 6 is a 2-minute walk away, and the Incheon Airport bus can be reached within a 1-minute walk. Seoul City Hall, Gwanghwamun, Hongik University, and Yonsei University are 30 minutes away by public transportation, so life is convenient.

Seoul is close by *located 40 minutes from COEX,dongdaemun Gate 맑은 공기, 더 맑은 미소?와 고요함, 지져김, 숲의 노래, 수 많은 별과 함께 하실수 있답니다. 또 다큐멘터리 사진을 전공한 주인장의 취향을 느낄수도 있구요. 책 보구, 음악 듣구, 모닥불을 피워도 좋구요...... 가장 좋은건 숲속에서 내려먹는 커피는 일품이랍니다. 하지만 남들에게 좋다구 나에게도 좋은곳은 아닐수도 있어요. 산 높은곳에 위치한 덕에 조금은 불편함도 감수해야 하실수도^^ 입구에 차를두고 300m정도 숲 트레킹을 즐겁게 각오^^해야 하실수도......자연과 음악, 책과 사진을 좋아 하시는 분이시라면 대환영이랍니다
