Upper Deck - Unique Quayside Loft w. Free Parking

Step from the lively harbor side of a working fishing village into the haven of this stunning 18th-century converted net loft. With gorgeous designer touches highlighting the period charm, this home blends the 18th- and 21st-centuries seamlessly pairing a sleek, fully equipped kitchen with traditional oriental rugs and Asian accents. On the doorstep are an abundance of cafes, boutiques, restaurants and pubs. Provided, at no charge to guests, is a single parking permit for Mevagissey Harbour car park located a short level walk of less than 2 minutes from your apartment. One of the most prominent and historic listed buildings in Mevagissey, Quayside has had a fascinating and diverse past. Over the course of its more than two centuries nestled between the centre of the village and the harbour it has served as a pilchard press, net loft, doctor's surgery and even as the premises of the local undertaker! Following extensive recent renovation it has been transformed into chic, comfortable and spacious apartments that showcase the character of the building. The two bedrooms in UPPER DECK, one containing a superking bed and the other king size, are topped off with high quality linen guaranteeing a luxurious nights sleep. The superking bed can be converted into twin beds, ideal for children, upon request. The king size bed has a warehouse door with Juliet balcony. The apartment possesses full kitchen facilities including Nespresso coffee machines, free WiFi, TVs in living rooms and all bedrooms, and an Amazon Echo device. Generously proportioned wet room contains rain and handheld showers, and heated towel rail, whilst fluffy white towels are provided. Fully centrally heated. A single free parking place on the harbour is available upon request. Extra storage area on ground floor available for bikes, prams. Board-games, DVDs and playing-cards are available for the use of our guests. We generally stay in the same building and, when there, are available to assist you or try to answer any questions you may have during your stay. Mevagissey is a traditional fishing village with cobbled streets, quaint cottages, shops, and pubs. Charter a boat, cast a line off Lighthouse Quay, and eat local fish at one of the restaurants. The museum and aquarium are located nearby. Getting around is particularly easy out-of-season when smaller crowds and quieter roads make trips a breeze, and journeys to places as pretty as Penzance, Padstow, Perranporth and Polperro are perfectly possible in just a day! Popular destinations like Fowey (30 minutes), Newquay (45 minutes), Falmouth (50 minutes) and Truro (35 minutes) are always worth a visit, whilst St Austell (15 minutes) has a wide selection of supermarkets (Asda, Tesco, Aldi, Lidl) as well as the nearest mainline train station. With plenty to see and do, and a great base for exploring further afield, Mevagissey is far more than just a summer destination. Hope to see you soon. A single parking permit for Mevagissey Harbour, located just a short level walk from the apartment, can be provided free of charge upon request. Unloading is directly outside on Middle Wharf, Fore Street or on the harbour in front of the Wheel House pub.

Designer Flat on Plaza with Tapas Bars

Our flat has a vibrant, artistic vibe and is located in small building, designed by the famous Sevilla architect Anibel Gonzalez. The building has been renovated to provide modern conveniences like a lift, air conditioning & heating and Wi-Fi. It is one of four apartments in this emblematic building. We love that it is part of the city's rich history! We especially admire its balcony and views onto the plaza, high ceilings, arched windows and beautiful facade. We also like how it is quiet but in a lively neighborhood. A simple three story building with a elevator. There is a wonderful cafe downstairs that we believe has the best breakfast in town. They have great Italian coffee and they make their own breads and cakes. Fabulous extra virgin olive oil too! For afternoon relaxing have some wine and cheese at the low key authentic bar next door. Pepe and I think of each guest as if you were family. We believe that the point of Airbnb is to feel connected to the people of the place you are exploring and to have extra assistance in getting to know the place you are visiting. However, we also respect that each guest is different and some prefer privacy while others may like a bit of company. The apartment is in the historic center of Seville, with several markets within a minute's walk. Find tapas galore in the nearby square or join the local folk at the Vizcaino Bar for vermouth and mussels. Main tourist sights are a short and enjoyable walk away. We recommend walking or renting a bike but there are buses (C5) and taxis close to the house. We are always happy to call you a taxi at anytime of the day. We also recommend that guests download MyTaxi, Cabify or the Uber App while in Seville. There is a flea market that has taken place every Thursday since the 13th century right at the foot of our apartment. Pretty cool to see. The family that owned the building prior to its renovation were known for the books their sold on Thursdays. We feel like it's Christmas when we wake up in the apartment and see everyone set up outside. The flat is in the historic center of Seville, with several markets within a minute's walk. A Tranquil Oasis in Picton

Stride across lovingly restored softwood floors that tie main level rooms together. A thorough remodeling has produced a modern kitchen and wide open, airy spaces with neutral decor. Climb stairs at night to a quiet and romantic bedroom loft. Guests have private access to the top 2 floors of the house. The 2nd floor welcomes you with a brand new kitchen, large bedroom with queen size bed, living room with queen size sofa bed, bathroom and dining room. Enjoy your breakfast (or a glass of wine) on the balcony in the summer. Take the stairs to the third floor, where you will find a private giant master bedroom loft, complete with king size bed and 2 skylights for gazing at the starry sky. Lots of room for your cars! Upon arrival, rest assured that there will always be room for up to 3 cars in the driveway (along with free street parking). Brand new kitchen is fully stocked and includes a washer/dryer for your use. Large bathroom with bathtub. Dining room with table for 6. Living room with large Smart TV with cable and sofa bed with queen size pull out. Stairs lead to the private (with door) master bedroom loft. Comfy king size bed, 2 skylights and lots of books The house is on a friendly street in the town of Picton, Prince Edward County. It was purchased on a whim by a couple who fell in love with the area. Walk downtown to fine restaurants and shops. Sandbanks Provincial Park is a 15-minute drive away. Because the house is on the top 2 floors - it is important that you and your guests (including children) are OK with stairs. We do not have baby gates. Home access is keyless via smart lock.
