Located in the bucolic Hudson Valley, this new, gut-renovated cottage isn't far from many of the area's most loved spots. In the winter you can wander trails and get cozy by our electric fireplace. In the spring you can picnic your way through historic sites and enjoy a glass of local wine on our back deck. In the summer you can ride a horse and cook with seasonal ingredients from local farms. In the fall you can hike through the Hudson Valley's perfect colors and sip hot cider on our back deck.

We are located right in the middle of the Dutchess County so access to all points is convenient. Many attractions are: historical Hyde Park, Walkway Over The Hudson, Culinary Institute, Vassar & Marist colleges, wineries, breweries, the quaint towns of Millbrook & Rhinebeck, Dutchess County Fairgrounds, and The Links At Unionvale golf course and banquet hall. Great for couples, adventurers and business travelers who love activity but appreciate a comfortable quiet place at the end of the day.

Our home is a 1970s architectural gem located in the convenient upstate NY town of Staatsburg. It has been thoughtfully modernized and designed to encourage maximum serenity and enjoyment of both the indoor and outdoor spaces. The floating staircase, huge picture windows, expansive deck and wooded outdoor space make this home perfect for an upstate getaway - while still being close to some of the major area attractions and towns. Our historic street also features 1700s homes and a farm/brewery.

3 private acres atop small mountain. Feels like you're way upstate - check out the reviews! Hi-speed WiFi. Next to forest preserve and hiking trails. Furnished deck w grill overlooks Mt. Beacon sunsets. Loft w/queen and twin mattresses + pull out couch & twin-size mattress day bed on the porch. Perfect for 2, comfortable for 3, but 4 is probably max comfort since it's a small space. Please note that the road heading up there is steep. A car with AWD is ideal but a sedan will make it up too!
