The price is set for 2 people if there is a 3rd or 4th person there is a $15.00 charge per person per day. It's set up for 4 guests Max. Gypsum is 4 miles from the Eagle Airport,24 miles east of Glenwood Springs and located between Vail and Aspen. This area offers skiing,flyfishing, rafting, hiking, biking, horse riding and many other activities.

Mountain home paradise 1GBPS internet, quiet home!

Amazing spot, 1 mile N of I70 but worlds away. Great view from the deck, nice private location. We are a very active outdoor couple that are more than happy to share local info, help plan... we do just about every outdoor sport there is, and are happy to give any beta we can. We also have river toys (a raft, 2 paddleboards, a duckie/ inflatable kayak, and 3 hardshell kayaks) that can be Borrowed in exchange for wine ;). The garden studio is in old town Basalt a 2 minute walk to main street with it's eclectic shops, restaurants and RFTA buses. Private entrance with access to patio, fenced yard. Limited access to washer/dryer in the main house on request. 1 Full size bed and 1 futon couch/bed. *Please note! We are a family with 2 small children living upstairs so you might here some footsteps and some voices. We go to bed early and rise early, but do your thing and don't worry about disturbing us.

Josh and I have a modern and clean down stairs lock off only 3 blocks from downtown. The space is all yours with a private entrance with parking. We are in the center of Colorado's mountain biking community with a 100 miles of single track. Also just down the interstate from Vail and Beaver Creek resorts. The views alone are worth the visit! Reminder: This is the mountains. The entrance is well lit and shoveled but plan on dirt and snow. It comes with the territory! Lic. #006688

Basalt's central location is convenient to both ends of the Roaring Fork Valley. It is ten-minute walk along the Frying Pan River to downtown Basalt. However, transportation is recommended to get around the valley. We welcome pets and their responsible humans, either one large or two small/med. Let us know if you wish to bring yours. We ask that they be kenneled/pen/crate if left behind while you go out.
