The fully equipped kitchen features modern appliances, an oversized island, and a true coffee bar (drip, Keurig, kettle), flowing into a spacious dining area made for gathering. Step out for drinks on the large balcony with sweeping lake views or head down to the shoreline for sun and sand. Outside, enjoy easy water access via stone steps or a paved path leading to the boathouse – replete with a fire pit encircled by Adirondack chairs above - and expansive private dock. Spend your days on the lake with the included kayaks and paddleboards, then linger at sunset with a glass of wine as the water glows. In winter, nearby ATV and snowmobile trails make this an ideal year-round getaway. There are stairs built in the side of the hill to a narrow path (path redone in Oct 2024 - pictured). New dock in 2026. Path may be difficult to navigate/inaccessible during winter months.

Guests can refuel & restore with access to the full kitchen, games, dvd movies/tv, and a fire pit. Enjoy the craftsmanship of the winding stairs and catwalk that lead you to the open loft queen bed upstairs, or stay on the main floor bedroom off the family room in a twin bed (2) or the pull-out sofa bed. A must stay!

Room for parking trailers, close to snowmobile/ATV trails and snowmobile/boat rentals! We supply 2 adult kayaks, 1 children’s kayak, 2 inflatable paddle boards, and life jackets.
