Coal’s View is a luxury detached holiday cottage situated in Eyton, a quiet country hamlet within Herefordshire. The cottage offers open plan living with an abundance of high-end features across two floors, with a large private garden and hot tub. The bedroom includes a king bed, with views overlooking the paddocks. The bathroom includes an impressive standalone bathtub. There’s a well fitted kitchen, with a large oven, and dining for two, beside a homely living space complete with log burner.

We have recently fully renovated the home so you can enjoy the brand new feel! Surrounded by fields, yet close to Leominster and Ludlow and within easy reach of Hay on Wye, it is the perfect base to explore from. Discover pretty villages, walk in the hills, treasure hunt in the antique shops or just relax by the woodburner!

Comfy beds, a well-equipped kitchen, a relaxing bath, a log burner... everything you need for a country break with friends or family - or a solo escape! Despite the rural location, the historic city of Hereford is only 5 miles away, with Ledbury, Hay-on-Wye, Ludlow, and the rolling Brecon Beacons & Malvern Hills nearby.

Drink in the view from the comfort of a Kingsize bed through the large windows. Buy food from our fields at the little shop on site. Enjoy sunsets and stars and walks in the woods

Eardisland Lodge is located on the edge of the village with gorgeous views over the countryside but only a few minutes walk from the 2 public houses, village shop and tea room.

Knapp Lodge is a modern, self-contained property in the centre of Eardisland village. Completely private with its own access and outdoor space. Open-plan kitchen diner and living space with a double room and ensuite. The living space has a mezzanine with a kids bedroom and play space. 2 pubs, a tea rooms and local shop are a 2 minute walk away. Eardisland is a beautiful village and part of the black and white trail. Suited to couples or families with young children only.

Ideal for walkers and cyclists, the garage is all yours - for bikes or maybe your classic car. I also take pride in being LGBTQ+ friendly. Walk, bike, enjoy the local pubs, or just relax!

The Orchard Barn at Old Court Farm. Our country hideaway has been lovingly brought to life from its humble beginnings as a Old cider barn. Designed and built here on the farm, this modern conversion brings a luxurious ‘interior feel’ surrounded by never-ending oak beams with views over looking the apple orchards. With 70 acres of near by orchards for you and your pets to ‘roam freely’ it’s a true feeling of the very beautiful English countryside.
