It offers a queen size bed, comfy lounge, built in wardrobe, small kitchenette (w/ bar fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster), bathroom, study area, air con, Wifi & a smart tv (Netflix, Disney, Stan & Prime. It has timber floors, a timber deck & outdoor seating & windows with fly screens. There is easy access down a shared driveway to come and go as you please. We have two children, a poodle cross dog, 2 cats, who you may catch a glimpse of if you’re lucky

This lovely self contained 1 bedroom guesthouse is situated at the rear of our garden and has private side access. The location is close to Sydney CBD and is approximately 15-17 minute walk to the light rail stop (Dulwich Hill). There is a bus stop within 5 minutes' walk away which will take you to Dulwich Hill station, Newtown and the City. Please note the train station is currently closed due to Metro upgrade. Expected opening 2026. The property is not suitable for infants or children

The guests who love our place the most are the ones who like the idea of staying in an old and slightly tatty flat on top of a studio and interacting with our community.

King's Hideaway has a brand new orthopaedic bed, fresh quality linen, you can be rest assured to sleep well. It has a comfortable and relaxed feel.
