Location: Close to the A27 this is ideal for guests or business people who like to get quick access to explore the surrounding areas. You will need a car to get around.

Private entrance and off road parking. Situated 15 minutes walk from the coast and 10 minutes from local amenities. Across the road from Fontwell Park Racecourse and close to Goodwood. Within close walking distance of a Mini Waitrose and a pub with excellent food by the Fontwell Roundabout. 3 miles from Barnham station with taxis and frequent trains to Gatwick and London.

The beautiful Halnaker windmill walk is nearby. Please note that the cottage is not suitable for babies and children.
