The Loft welcomes families with children over the age of 5, and is able to be booked with Driftwood (first floor 2 bed apartment) should you wish for large groups to get together to explore the beautiful North Norfolk coastline.

Garden Barn is a perfect self catering bolt hole for two with spacious open plan sitting room with two comfy sofas & log burner. There is a well designed hand built kitchen & bathroom, all with underfloor heating. Climb the stairs & sleep under the eaves in a comfy king size bed & luxury linen. Across the lawn there is our Little Barn which is often booked together so that couples can enjoy separate accommodation. There is Wifi but can not be guaranteed due to rural setting.

This small & cozy 2 bed cottage is set in the village of Hempton, ideal for couples and small families it is located approx 10min walk to Fakenham town centre. Fakenham is a lovely market town with plenty of local amenities including some great places to eat. The property is equipped with the comforts you’ll need for a great stay, with parking available on Bakery Court which is a short walk through to Oak Row. Free WI-FI. Great pub & lake around the corner.

INGLOSS-SKIES is a luxury one bedroom barn for 2 adults set in the Norfolk Countryside with far reaching 360 degree rural views. Our accommodation is self-contained; a living space with two sets of French doors giving views over fields stretching for miles including a wood burner, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, oven and hob. A bedroom that sleeps two in a super king bed with French doors overlooking fields. A large bathroom with a large walk-in shower.
