This property is no doubt one of the most unique residential properties on Martha’s Vineyard given its proximity to the harbor, ferry terminal, stores, restaurants, bike rentals, beaches & so much more. This quaint little cottage is located in the heart of East Chop, a neighborhood of Oak Bluffs. East Chop features the high, prominent bluffs that gave Oak Bluffs its name. A lighthouse, East Chop Light, stands at the north end of the chop on Telegraph Hill- only a five minute walk from the cottage. The cottage is a twelve minute walk to the harbor, and about a mile from the Oak Bluffs ferry! There is a public beach about 1/2 mile down the road. ***This space is not suitable for children

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Less than a mile from the heart of Oak Bluffs and Circuit Ave., where you'll find all the famous restaurants, harbor & night life. A half mile from Eastville Beach (fabulous sunsets). Take a morning stroll around "the chop"-East Chop & walk or run a 5K. Less than 2.5 miles from Farm Neck Golf Club- & 2.5 miles to State Beach. An outdoor patio with gas grill is the perfect spot to relax after a day at the beach. Just a few steps away is the lagoon where you can paddle board, kayak, dig clams, or just take in the amazing sunsets! Summer rentals are Saturday to Saturday. Enjoy a beautiful space on a quiet road exactly 1 mile from Vineyard Haven town center. The home has 3 bedrooms with 3 queen size beds, 2 bathrooms and a large deck, yard, outdoor shower & Weber grill. Owen Little public beach is a 3 minute walk. Our home is also available to rent on a monthly basis. Please note that there is an apartment on the first floor with full time renters. The only shared space is the driveway.
