The Old Barn, Motcombe

The Old Barn is at the far end of a long wing of a lovely family farmhouse just outside a rural village in the stunning landscape of North Dorset. Its amazing views look over Dorset, Somerset & Wiltshire. The Old Barn is a very large studio space 12m x 4.5m with a king size bed, an additional double bedroom is available by prior & separate arrangement, the ensuite bath & shower is between the two rooms. Superb Ringwood Home with a View & Fishing Rights

Guests have the sole use of a contemporary purpose built self contained annexe within the grounds of a gated house in a private estate. Complete with underfloor heating, water softener, fitted kitchen with washer/dryer and use of the lower terraces and garden surrounding the main house which has magnificent views across the river Avon to the New Forest. We have fishing rights for the river at the bottom of the garden for any keen anglers. Coarse fishing byelaws apply, closed season 15/3-15/6.

The Sail Loft: lovely River views

Accessed by an outside wooden staircase, the Sail Loft has a very large window providing wonderful views across the water meadows of the River Avon. This is a lovely, light-filled but cosy large studio room. There’s a kitchenette and a woodburner for those winter evenings, and we’re on the edge of the New Forest with lots of beautiful walks and cycling routes all year round. There are so many good pubs locally, and we are also only a half-hour drive from the South coast and its beaches.

Welcome to The Annex @14, a newly renovated ground floor property and great base for exploring historic Dorset and a perfect getaway for two! Self-contained with its own private entrance .The annex is attached to our home at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac in the village of Crossways near Dorchester. There is a hot tub available for your own exclusive use! In the heart of Hardy Country, ideal for walkers and cyclists. Lulworth Cove, Durdle Door, the beautiful sands of Weymouth Bay are close by.

Lovely Petite Self Contained Studio Annexe with private access & courtyard Patio in a quiet cul-de-sac in Fordingbridge near to the New Forest providing comfortable compact, cosy accommodation for two guests. A 15-20 minute walk to town provides shops, Cafe's, Pubs alongside The River Avon. There's a Pub/Restaurant a 5 min walk which serves Breakfast & Evening Meals. The New Forest is a 10 minute drive providing wonderful walks and cycle routes. A 20 minute drive to our Blue Flagged Beaches.

The River Bourne runs close by. The ground floor annexe has a modern but peaceful bedroom with en-suite shower, separate kitchen/living area with double doors on to the patio & a sitting room with sofa bed. Parking for one or two cars. Convenient for anyone working at Porton Down & is 10 minutes from Salisbury by car.

Yoku House is a delightful, fully self contained two storey annexe with its own private entrance. It is moments from the clifftop and a short walk down a charming wooded path to the beach. There is a beautiful bedroom upstairs, a cosy TV room downstairs, and an exceptional bathroom with a traditional cast iron bath. We have superfast WiFi, with subscriptions including Netflix, Amazon, Apple TV+ and ITVX. It is a perfect place for a relaxing break or to work remotely in a wonderful location.

'The Haven' Coastal style apartment mins to beach

This stylish open plan coastal appartment is perfect for relaxing break for two by the seaside. Featuring freestanding bath, king sized bed, ensuite shower room, large sofa, AppTV, Nesspresso machine, fridge freezer and cooking facilities, this apartment has all you need to enjoy a relaxing break. With the convenience of a free parking space and a small outdoor court yard. In an ideal location minutes walk from the beautiful Avon beach with pub, shops and takaways all in easy reach.

A quirky 1 bedroom suite in an old 1880s cottage. Guests have the use of a shower room, living room with sofa bed and spiral staircase to a double bedroom, all with air conditioning. Off street parking and a rear courtyard garden. The property is a 1 minute walk from Winton shopping centre and town bus routes. A 5 minute drive from the centre of Bournemouth and beaches. A great location with bars and restaurants in walking distance and a quick bus ride or drive to the centre of town.

Quite getaway, with everything needed for your stay. Stylish modern, stand alone studio, with private Garden. Modern shower room & kitchenette, with dining space and King size bed. The garden is gated off from the main garden for privacy. You have your own dining and lounging area. We do have two lovely little dogs who are very friendly and also the occasional visiting friendly family dogs, who may be around in the garden to say hello when you are coming in or out of The Studio.
