Oak barn is set in idyllic countryside on the edge of the village of Chew Magna, a short 7 minute walk to the village hub. Stunning Oak-framed living room with comfy sofas, wood burner and 55" smart TV, Netflix & Disney+. Fully equipped contemporary kitchen. Large bedrooms overlook the private garden. All beds are made up as singles unless super kings are requested. By car, Bristol centre is 25 minutes and Bath 30 minutes away. Parking for 10 cars. Fast WiFi EV charger ( bring your own cable).

House rules: Quiet time and 10pm end time on hot tub. A detached luxury two bedroom, two bathroom, contemporary barn conversion with a fabulous 44' reception room, with stunning views, chefs kitchen, hot tub and located in an AONB, 1 minutes drive to a fantastic pub. Fabulous countryside walks, fishing, 7 miles to Wells and 12 miles to Bath and Bristol. The barn is not suitable for young children. Located side on, on a small "B" road, the road has become much busier recently. Sorry no pets.

East Harptree is a beautiful village with lovely walks and woods accessible straight from the door. The apartment is of a high standard with separate bathroom, bedroom and lounge/kitchen. It is spacious, comfortable and cosy.
