Near many great places such as the Citadel Outlets, Crypto Arena, Silver Lake, The Alley, the Fashion District, Hollywood, Montebello Golf Course, Top Golf, Ascot HIlls Trail, Elysian Park, Dodger Stadium,The Commerce Casino, and right by all of the major Highways 710, 5, I-10, 101, and 60. This is a no smoking property.

This apt is located 10 min (literally a straight drive down 1 street) to DTLA. You can also walk for 10-15 min to the Indiana Stop & take the subway to DTLA. Great location if you need easy access to Downtown LA and the subway. We are located in Boyle Heights, LA next to Entity Mag HQ. Pls be respectful of our neighbors & other tenants.
