Located in the center of Kavala, a two-storey maisonette with 2 bedrooms and a bathroom on the 2nd floor and a living room and kitchen on the 1st floor. Barbecue patio in front of the entrance and backyard with sitting area. 5 minutes to the central beach on a flat road. Supermarkets, cafes, taverns and pharmacies are within walking distance. The historical part of the city is 15 minutes on foot. The nearest airports are Kavala and Thessaloniki

Our yard has a dog that does not come into contact with people due to the fencing. The house is located just 4 kilometers from Mount Pangaio and 7 kilometers from the Aggitis Gorge. By car, you can reach Alistrati Cave, Ofrynio Beach, and the city Drama in just 20 minutes.

Our Studio is located in a quiet area just 1200 meters from the center of Asprovalta with a garden. In Asprovalta there are many Cafes, Taverns, Pizzerias, Gyros places, Bakeries and lot of other shops. It is 400 meters from the beach (a 10 minutes walk) where you can find also 2 beach bars. At 400 meters, there is the Kantzas Market where you can buy everything you need.
