The kitchen and dining room are big and complete with everything you might need to cook a meal with friends. There is also a bar area set up for your enjoyment. Feel free to use the entire house, including the outdoor space. We also have easy to access laundry and closet space in each bedroom. One added bonus is access to a free electric car Charge-port 220V on premise! We live in the neighborhood. I am happy to help as much or as little as you need. Feel free to ask about planning your trip, transportation, fun activities, etc. Never hesitate to ask for special requests for the comfort of your stay. I’ll do what I can! The bungalow is located in a great nook, within walking distance of ice cream, coffee shops, breweries, vintage shopping, vegan restaurants, and very close to the ever-popular Rosepepper Cantina. Guests will be provided a map of hot neighborhood spots upon arrival. The house is located about a mile from the 5 Points district and a short (under 10 minutes) Uber/ Lyft to Broadway. We are close to two bus lines. Uber and Lyft are also very popular, cheap and easy to use. Scooter rentals (Byrd & Lime) are now all over town if you into that! We suggest you bring a helmet and enjoy yourself! It’s a very fun way to get around town. We want you to have fun! Let us know how we can help with that. We also value our neighbors and want to make sure everyone gets a good night sleep, be respectful of your noise level after 11 pm please.

I strive to have good communication during the booking process and in advance of the stay. While you enjoy my home, I am available as needed to help make your stay in Nashville as comfortable as possible. East Nashville is famous for being the place where yet-to-be famous musicians and actors live. It's also favored by young professionals, artists, and hipsters. Plus it's easily walkable, with many attractive restaurants and bars in Five Points. A main commuter bus route into downtown Nashville is just a block away on Shelby Avenue. We have plenty of on-street parking (and some off-street parking may be available upon request). All taxes are included in the price quoted and are collected by Airbnb.
