This private, spacious, fully equipped apartment above an owner-occupied home is perfect for one or two adults, and has its own entrance. It occupies the entire second floor of my home, which was built in 1912, and combines the charming “Cape Cod” style architecture of that era with modern conveniences. Lots of windows, closet space, built-in drawers and storage make for an enjoyable stay for a night or a month! Location Minutes from Providence in a quiet residential neighborhood on East Narragansett Bay. A short block from the East Bay Bike Path, extending 14.5 mi from Providence to Bristol. Jog, walk, bike or blade, and enjoy views of coastal wetlands and nature preserves. Haines Memorial State Park is just a block away for a picnic, catching the sunset on the water, or launching your kayak or other watercraft from the boat ramp. I even have a couple of bikes you can use during your stay! The historic Crescent Park Carousel and seasonal Clam Shack is less than a mile away. The Space Private entrance to 3 large rooms plus full bath with tub/shower. In the cozy bedroom, enjoy a restful night’s sleep on a new pillowtop mattress topping the queen size bed. The eat-in kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, glassware, utensils, and pans. Appliances include a mini-fridge, microwave, toaster oven, hotplate, Keurig coffeemaker, toaster and blender. The large living room provides plenty of comfortable seating, a flat screen-tv, a desk for your laptop, and a reading nook. The new futon couch converts into a bed to accommodate two single people traveling together who prefer not to share a room. Other info Please be advised that, as is typical of a house of this age and design, the apartment is accessed via a somewhat steep and narrow staircase, and therefore might not be suitable for those with mobility issues.

We renovated our basement to be a private in-law suite for our mother, with its own entrance (in 2024!) She’s not able to use our 2 bed unit anymore, so we’ve listed it on Airbnb! My place is 15 minutes from downtown Providence where there are plenty of restaurants and nightlife, public transport as well as , family-friendly activities. There is a bike path near by. Being such a small state you are close to all the colleges this state has to offer. You’ll love my place because it is a cozy apartment perfect for groups of two or three. One full bed as well as a roll-a-way bed. Notice that at no time will the short term rental be used to host events or parties.

Come stay at our magical tiny house with a yellow door! A lovely retreat tucked away with an equally magical garden. Our tiny was built for family and dear friends to come and enjoy Providence, and all the surrounding wonders. When it’s not shared with our family and friends we open it up here. It’s what Airbnb was when it first started, just regular folks opening up their spaces for people who love traveling and exploring or who might be curious about tiny house living.

Downtown Condo

Fantastic 1 Bedroom Apartment right smack in the middle of downtown Providence. The neighborhood is jammed with wonderful little restaurants, bars and shopping. The Dunkin Donuts Center, Trinity Playhouse, PPAC, The Vets, Federal Hill, Providence Place Mall, Johnson & Wales, Brown & RISD are all a short walk from here. We are located two floors above a couple nightclubs. We don't hear the clubs themselves but on the weekends you can hear the people outside.

Sunny, inviting, 3rd floor walkup on East side of Providence. One block from Oak Bake Shop, Providence Bagel, Whole Foods; much more within one mile. Comfy queen bed + sofa bed, private bath, Apple TV. Great for long-term guests and weekend visitors. Backyard, grill, laundry available but shared with house. Potential basement storage for long-term stays. Ceilings are low in places, may not be comfortable for taller than 6'.
