You will occupy a private wing comprising 2 charming bedrooms, games room with full-sized Snooker Table, garden room cum kitchenette-diner plus a private rear garden. For breakfast you can choose from freshly baked bread, croissants, pain au chocolat, cereals, fruit, yoghurt and homemade preserves.

We would love to welcome you to our quiet little spot in Suffolk and hope you would like to come and enjoy some time here with us. Over the pandemic many changes have taken place and through various circumstances we are now looking to hire out our beautiful barn and bedroom buildings as a self contained unit rather than bed and breakfast accommodation. This does mean that the current set up is a little unique but we hope we can provide guests with a spot to get away and enjoy.

Surrounded by peaceful, idyllic farmland and woods, 18 minutes from Thursford, very close to Houghton Hall, 25 minutes from Sandringham, Holkham and the coast. Two miles from Sculthorpe Moor Nature Reserve, and an easy drive to Titchwell, Holme, Snettisham and Cley bird reserves. Breakfast included in the price.
