The Shack is a lovely light, cosy annex a minute’s walk to East Wittering beach. It sleeps two very comfortably and four at a bit of a squeeze. West Wittering is a 10 minute cycle, 5 minute drive or 20 minute walk along the beach. It’s an easy walk to lots of delicious restaurants, cafes and shops located in East Wittering village. Great for small families, couples or friends. Perfect for kite surfers, windsurfers and surfers. It is very peaceful and light. It is a self catering property.

Little feathers… a beachy retreat

On the corner of beach road this charming annex designed in mind of my guests, it has an eclectic mix of taste from shabby chic to bohemian. Private parking, just 2/3 minutes walk to the beach . I aim to make you feel welcomed and cosy staying in my imperfectly perfect place to rest your head and feel yummy in this little haven. Hopefully I have thought of almost everything to keep you cosy, warm, entertained and relaxed for the less sunny beach days and super comfy in the sunnier ones.

Lovely self-contained, light, airy and large (30m2) room just a 1 min walk from the beach. Own entrance, parking on driveway in front of front doors. A king size bed, sofa, basic kitchenette, dining table, en-suite bathroom (bath/shower) and a small private decked area. We welcome small & medium sized well behaved dogs. You can enjoy walking along the beach or join in the Goodwood fun. The room is part of the main family house &under bedrooms so noise from the family will be heard .

This 3 bedroomed bungalow is ideally situated 1 minute walk from the beautiful beach at East Wittering and a couple of minutes from the village, with all the facilities you could need. It has a large bathroom and separate additional WC, is bright, clean and airy with a sheltered south facing garden ideal for sundowners and BBQs. The open plan living dining and kitchen area is ideal for family living and has all facilities to offer you a comfortable 'home from home' feel.

Late 18th Century cottage 250m from the sea

Built in the late 18th Century, Tamarisk Cottage was built as a 'two-up, two-down' home for farm workers and is one of only a few original cottages left in East Wittering. It was extended in the 1970s, completely renovated in late 2021 but it retains many original features. It is in the heart of the village in Shore Road with all the shops and cafes but only 250m from the beach. The modern extension leads out to the large, private sunny cottage garden.

The cafes and shops in East Wittering village are a short walk away, while the beautiful, sandy beach at West Wittering is a five minute drive / cycle or fabulous half hour walk. SLEEPS : 2 Adults and 2 Children (under 12) The cabin is open-plan with kitchen/sleeping/dining with small shower and WC ( paper in pot, please, as per Spanish toilet) A double bed and 2 single mattresses on the mezzanine floor for children under 12 and a Travel Cot. Please note, the children’s beds are 5’ 8” in length. Gas hob /small fridge, outside seating/BBQ area in private garden. Parking for one car.

Within walking distance of Holy Trinity Church, Bosham Sailing Club and the Anchor Bleu. Bosham is a popular location to stay for those attending events at Goodwood. West Wittering Beach and Chichester are a short drive away.
