Escape to nature in our Manzanita Tiny Cabin. This is one of two tiny houses on our property. Enjoy the views and the stars on the peaceful 24 acres this cabin shares. Located 4.2 miles to Bass Lake, 23 miles to Yosemite South Gate Entrance (Mariposa Grove) or 90 minutes to Yosemite Valley. Amenities include stocked kitchen with Keurig, queen bed, sofa bed, and small sleeping loft w/queen mattress. The outdoor area is perfect for relaxing, stargazing or playing the 6-hole disc golf course.

Collide with the breathtaking views of the Eastern Sierra's and transform your stay into an experience with one of nature's wonders. Close to Mt Whitney portal, Horse shoe meadow and famous other trails, excellent for day hikes. We are in the epic center of the lowest( Death Valley),highest(Mt Whitney) and the oldest(Bristlecone tree forest).

We have plenty of hiking, biking and riding trails in the hills of our ranch. We also have a 2 other rental units available (Cottage & Ranch House) for friends/family.

The Bunkhouse at Patterson Ranch

Stay in our charming 2-bedroom Bunkhouse on a 20-acre working ranch nestled in the Sierra Nevada foothills! Features include a cozy living room with sofa, TV, Wi-Fi, Apple TV, desk area, kitchenette (mini fridge, coffee maker, conv. oven, single burner), central AC/heat, and a bathroom with shower. Expect ranch vibes, worker comings and goings, and summer/fall dust! PET FEE is no longer refundable as most pet owners refuse to follow the rules.

Nestled in the scenic Sierra Nevada Foothills, this unique octagonal home offers a one-of-a-kind getaway experience. The house is perched high atop a ridge, providing stunning panoramic views of the surrounding mountains and the San Joaquin Valley. If you are looking for a great get-a-way for relaxation or adventure, we are the place for you. We do accept up to 2 Pets at our property but there is a fee of $50 for each booking.
