Saturday from 6pm watch the flare run/ fireworks from our verandah. Bobuck 3c is the perfect place to stay.

Our Hotham Home with a View

This apartment is our winter home, we invite you to share it during the summer months. Perfect for couples or a small family to spend time biking or hiking the trails of Mt Hotham Alpine Resort and into the surrounding Alpine National Park, or just spending a cool summer break in the mountains. This small but fully functional two bedroom apartment is modestly furnished over two levels - a bathroom and open plan kitchen/living space downstairs and bedrooms upstairs.

The living and kitchen area flows conveniently to the balcony which overlooks the waterfront. You will have your own private beach, area for swimming and docking your boat. Triple One Studio Apartment is perfectly located in the Hotham Central building displaying magnificent views over the ski resort and beyond. It doesn't get better than this location, with access to everything you will need from ski hire, cafes, supermarket, restaurants, ticket sales and gift shops.

Central location, skiing in winter, biking in summer! Light filled 1 bedroom/Studio with some cooking facilities. Suits couple, small family, couple + 1. Squishy for 4 adults. ***winter 2026 is byo towels and linen due to having a baby and no capacity to do linen. Price is altered accordingly. If you can't bring own linen and towels please ask and I can arrange.
