Step out of the front door and into the National Park, with Purlingbrook Falls and walking track right next to the property. You have a private creek at your door step to enjoy in the summer and an indoor fireplace and outdoor fire pit for the cool winter nights. This little one bedroom yurt in a quiet cul de sac has a semi bushland outlook. It is close to beaches and 5 minutes drive from Batemans Bay. Air conditioned, wonderful timber ceiling, small deck for a quiet BBQ and ideal for a couple with two children. No problems parking on the driveway or in a one-car carport. Parking is also available on the street verge immediately in front of the yurt. Also parking space available for your boat trailer on the street verge. A quiet and private retreat.
