A cozy, comfortable, studio flat with ready access to local music venues and restaurants. Downtown Northampton is 15 mins by car or a 1/2 hr bike ride. We abut the bike path and there's a Valley Bike Share kiosk nearby. Ideal overnight spot for visiting Smith and other area colleges or for attending workshops at Snow farm. Easy day trips the Berkshires. Plenty of area hiking! Perfect personal retreat spot! I accept dogs on a case by case basis, small dogs preferred and I cannot accept cats.

The two sofa's in the living room do fold out into double beds, if you will be using them please include the extra guests in your reservation. If you enjoy cycling the bike path abuts the back of the property! Quiet neighborhood, pet and kid friendly one block from downtown Florence. Look Park is a mile down the bike path. Plenty to do if the weather is not cooperating. Fully appointed kitchen to make cookies, home made ice cream, plenty of games and records.

Our farm is a quiet, 5+ acre haven one mile from the center of Easthampton and 8-12 minutes from Smith College/Northampton. It's a great base from which to explore all the restaurants, cultural and outdoor activities offered in the beautiful Pioneer Valley. The private studio apartment is on the first level of our rustic farmhouse and offers a queen bed, kitchenette, living room, and bathroom. A sofabed is available for an extra $20 fee, please request this upon booking.

This is an entire apartment, close to downtown. It is on the third floor, so you will have to walk up two flights of stairs. Because there are dormers (peaked areas in the ceiling), especially tall people might feel a little cramped in this space. There is a king size bed in the bedroom, a living area that includes a kitchenette, dining area, seating area and a smart TV with a fire stick, and a large bathroom. Outdoor seating on the front porch is for your use only.
