This brick and flint barn has been converted to a smart modern annex separate to our house. Set in the beautiful village of Meonstoke in the heart of the Meon Valley and the South Downs National Park. Ideal for visitors wanting a little luxury at the end of a day of outdoor pursuits. A really comfortable bed with blackout blinds and ensuite shower room. A spacious living area, with kitchen, dining area & log burning stove. Free wifi. Coffee (Nespresso machine) and tea, bread and jams included.

Cow Shed - Barn

A spacious ground floor suite. Watch fiery sun sets & brown eyed cows walking past to drink. Enjoy outdoor & indoor dining. A super king bed allows for space and a good nights rest with a luxurious en-suite shower to invigorate. Peaceful location but not far from local town. Small but well equipped kitchen with essentials provided. If you need us we are on site but otherwise will leave you in peace to enjoy your stay. If the Cow Shed is full then look up the Hay Loft. Our first floor suite.

St Michael's Hall, City Centre

St Michael's Hall is a unique, newly renovated church hall in the heart of the historic city centre. Southampton water is a short walk away, and the New Forest lies to the north. There are many local attractions near by including Exbury Gardens and the National Motor Museum at Beaulieu. The property is all on one level. Hythe is just over a mile away. There is a washing machine and tumble dryer available for guests in an adjacent building. Pub 200 mtrs walk away.

The Woodshed

The Woodshed is right in the heart of the South Downs National Park, between the villages of Warnford and Exton, a secluded and peaceful space surrounded by a working farm. The Woodshed has a view of Old Winchester Hill that is magic. Activities in the area include biking, hiking, and angling, and three of the best pubs in Hampshire are within a 5 mile radius. As we are a little distance from the main track, I am happy to come and collect guests from Exton if walking.
