This private guesthouse is situated on 10 acres less than 5 minutes from downtown Bellville and just 5 miles off I-71. Upstairs is the main living space with a dining table, living room, kitchen, full bath, and spacious queen bedroom.

A floor-to-ceiling glass front provides you with a view of fields green in summertime and ripe with goldenrod in the fall, four outdoor deck spaces invite you to relax in the beauty of nature, and a second story loft suite with a soaking tub are ready to provide you with rest and refreshment.

This is a scenic property along the Olentangy River. The Romine House offers a full kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 1 1/2 bathrooms, a large living space with a quaint theme. Terradise is a property rich with natural resources and Ohio's heritage. The village of Caledonia as well as the City of Marion, are just a short drive away and offer an array of comforts for your stay. Terradise is great for a quiet getaway.

Stay on our beautiful 15 acres in our fully finished upstairs barn bedroom/bathroom, with access to the downstairs barn kitchenette. You will have the seclusion of your own private space, but may enjoy the beauty of the great outdoors.
