Cozy retreat! Hot Tub, Wood Stove and Sunsets

Welcome to Cairn Cottage, a classic one-room, stone cottage sitting a stones throw from the Osage Arm of The Lake of the Ozarks (69MM). Relax in nature from the hot tub year around. From May to September (and sometimes later) you can enjoy the Kayaks and SUPs at the lake lot. Please note that the cottage and lake lot are a short golf cart ride from each other. A boat slip is available 5/31-9/7 upon request. We always recommend travel insurance but especially encourage it during winter months.

Horse Shoe Hide-away

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Approximately 1/2 hour from Warsaw, in a quiet cove perfect for relaxing. This cozy 2 bed, 1 bath is nestled back in the trees and rocks making it feel private and secluded with WIFI, tv and free parking. Guest can enjoy nature, fishing, kayaking and swimming. Grill on the BBQ or cook your favorite meals in the fully equipped kitchen. Guest can enjoy indoor/outdoor dining, play yard games and sit around the fire pit for an end to a cozy evening.

Quiet Lakeside Cabin (Rainy Creek)

Ever wanted to just find a place that isn't in the thick of the action, doesnt have a schedule. We have a place to do just that. Come find one of our quiet and secluded reading areas, come find those moments in a wood burning hot tub with amazing views of the lake...In the early mornings its devine! I bought this place because it made me happy. Hot tub takes 3-4 hours to heat, the first night with notice we can start. 2nd night guests are responsible for wood and starting the fire.

The Hideaway

Escape to the Hideaway Cabin in the Ozarks, just a stone's throw away from Lake of the Ozarks! With private boat ramp access just down the road, this makes an ideal place for you fishing and boating enthusiasts. The nearsest town is only 10 minutes away, with anything you might need. Including a mom and pop diner and a cozy coffee shop if you're into that kind of thing.

The Lower Deck at Wet Feet Retreat is a private, lakefront lower-level apartment available only during the off-season. Ideal for a quiet getaway or short-term stay, it features a queen bedroom, smart TVs, high-speed internet, a cozy living and dining area, and a kitchenette with sink, compact fridge, microwave, air fryer, and induction burner. Includes private laundry, stand-up shower, free parking, dock access, kayaks, and a private patio with fire pit. Shared HVAC set at 70°.

Full Bath with a walk-in shower downstairs. Experience a serene countryside getaway with breathtaking sunsets and peaceful surroundings, just moments away from Versailles.

Cozy Woodland Cottage

This cozy cottage in the woods (completed in June 2017) is perfect for a couple seeking a romantic getaway, enjoying a honeymoon, or celebrating an anniversary. (The sofa is a full convertible bed, if others plan to share the 400+ sq. ft. space.) Located in the Lake Hill (formerly Shadow Lake) Golf Course neighborhood (course is currently closed) about a mile from the NW shores of beautiful Pomme de Terre Lake, and about 6 miles south of Lucas Oil Speedway.

THE 436 in Warsaw!

The 436 is located downtown Warsaw just a block off Main Street with all of the lovely shops from Antiques to Boutiques and eating establishments! Drake Harbor is walking distance away with walking and biking trails and a launch onto Lake of the Ozarks. Plenty of room to park your boat. 2 bedrooms, 1 bath. Large living room, kitchen, dining and family room. Also large sunroom with plenty of seating. Patio area outside to enjoy!!

Ridge Top Meadows Guest Cabin

Relax in this beautiful private setting! This single-bedroom log cabin is located just minutes from Lake of the Ozarks, Ha-Ha Tonka State Park, Niangua River, and Ball Parks National. Amenities include full kitchen, bathroom with shower, queen bed, loft with twin mattress, dining table, Keurig coffee, TV (no cable) and DVD player, fire pit, picnic table, tent camping area, and hiking trail. No Saturday check in.
