House sleeps 9 with 2 Queen beds, a bunk bed with a trundle, & two twin size futons Lower level is the living room with two futons, 3-in-1 game table (pool, foosball, & ping-pong), and a large tv, & 1/2 bath. Lots of board games as well for the fold-out coffee table! Mid level has an 8 seater dining table, tv, and kitchen, which connects to the back porch with a covered seating area and yard. Upper level has full bathroom and 3 bedrooms. Driveway holds 2 cars. Garage is private.

Mobility Friendly 2BR Garage + Step-Free Entry

Great space for family or business travel, includes garage. Close to Legends shopping, I70 and I435 highways. We say disability friendly because it is a new build with wide doorways and a no barrier entrance from the garage. We have lowered the digital garage door keypad to wheelchair height. The largest bathroom has front loader laundry, a roll up sink and a no barrier shower with grab bars and an adjustable shower head. Trash carts are on the North side of the building.
