Best of all, relax on the charming wrap around front porch or barbeque off the private porch off main floor back bedroom. ENJOY!

It's less than a 2-minute walk to the sand, making it easy to pop back for a dip in the pool or a movie in the AC before walking back over for sunset.

Have fun and relax with the whole family at our stylish recently remodeled cottage. This is a warm luminous open-space designed for our guests to share and spend quality time together. You can walk to the small local beach (7 minutes) that includes benches where you can read a book, picnic tables, a playground for the young ones, and a boat ramp should you have a jet ski, a boat, or a paddle board. The Gulf beaches (Okaloosa Island) are 9 minute drive and Destin is 16 min away.

"Quirky Cottage"

Our "Quirky" Cottage is just that!! If you want to experience "old Florida" come and stay with us in our quirky cottage nestled in old oak trees! It was originally built in 1960 as a camping cabin, it came in a box as a do it yourself kit! There are a few left around town - really unique and private space! Located just 5-10 minutes from the Okaloosa Island beaches and everything downtown Fort Walton Beach has to offer and just 15 minutes to Destin. (all depending on traffic!)

It is located in a quiet street away from the main road to the resort. Maravilla is a low density development of 4- 4 story condo buildings, cottages and a dozen multi-story houses. There is a Smart -Roku TV in every bedroom and living room. The living room TV has HULU.
